Liouri King Custom Design Policy

At Liouri King, each custom garment is created through a detailed design and fitting process to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, structure, and fit. By submitting a deposit and moving forward with a custom order, clients agree to the following policy terms:

Custom Design Process

All custom garments include up to three fittings:

1. nitial Measurement & Design Fitting
2. Construction / Fit Adjustment Fitting
3. Final Approval Fitting

Additional fittings outside of the included three may result in additional fees depending on the adjustments requested.

Fitting Requirements

All fittings must be completed in person unless otherwise approved by Liouri King.

Clients are responsible for arriving to fittings with the proper undergarments, shoes, shapewear, bras, corsets, or accessories intended to be worn with the final garment. Accurate fit cannot be guaranteed without the proper foundation garments present during fittings.

Failure to bring the proper items may result in:

• Delays in completion
• Additional fitting appointments
• Additional alteration or adjustment fees

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made toward custom garments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your production slot, design time, sourcing, and labor commitment.

No work will begin until the required deposit has been received.

Design Approval & Final Fitting Policy

During the final fitting, the client will review and approve the garment’s fit, design, and finish.

Once the client confirms approval of the garment at the final fitting:

• All sales become final
• No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted
• Liouri King is no longer responsible for requested changes outside of the approved design scope

Any additional modifications requested after final approval may require additional fees and scheduling based on availability.

Client Responsibility

Liouri King reserves the right to refuse rushed changes, redesigns, or major fit modifications caused by:

• Weight fluctuation
• Incorrect measurements provided by the client
• Missed fittings
• Failure to communicate concerns during scheduled fitting appointments

Our goal is to deliver garments that feel intentional, luxurious, and tailored specifically to you. The fitting process is essential to achieving the Liouri King standard of fit and craftsmanship.
