At Liouri King, appointments are scheduled intentionally to allow each client and garment the time, precision, and attention required for a luxury experience. To respect both our schedule and other clients, we ask that all appointments arrive on time.
Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late:
Appointment time may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting scheduled clients
Certain services or consultations may need to be rescheduled
A late fee may be applied depending on the service and time lost
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a same-day cancellation or missed appointment at Liouri King’s discretion.
Rescheduling fees may apply, especially for:
Custom design consultations
Same-day tailoring
Rush orders
Weekend or priority appointments
Because Liouri King specializes in advanced same-day tailoring and expedited services, timing is critical. Late arrivals for same-day or rush services may affect completion timelines and are not guaranteed if the client arrives outside of their scheduled appointment window.
Clients who fail to arrive without communication will forfeit their deposit or booking fee.
Repeated no-shows or excessive lateness may result in future booking restrictions.
Luxury tailoring and custom design require structure, timing, and precision. Arriving prepared and on time helps us deliver the highest quality fit, craftsmanship, and experience possible.
